We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Astoria Jewelry purchase includes a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
